"ORIGINAL FAKE STORE TILE" (un-glazed version), 2006, Ceramic Tile, with Original Box, Signed and dated by KAWS on verso, 6 x 6 x 1.5 in (15.24 x 15.24 x 3.81 cm).

Note:
This tile originates from Original Fake Shop wall in Tokyo (now closed). It was only made available at the grand opening on KAWS' Original Fake store in Japan on May 2, 2006. The tile was not for sale, signed by Kaws and given to a few select VIP's for the store opening.
